Sterling Job Fair Planned April 23
Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Sterling District Supervisor, Koran Saines will host his Annual Spring Job Fair in partnership with Viviana Herbas and the SSJI Driving School on Saturday, April 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The job fair will be held at newly renovated Sterling Community Center, 120 Enterprise Street, Sterling, VA 20164.
The job fair will feature employers from varying industries throughout the County including technology, trade/construction, healthcare, hospitality/food service, retail, transportation and service. Employers in previous years have included: Loudoun County agencies including the Sheriff’s Office, Public Schools, and Public Libraries; SOLDIERFIT; Capital Mechanical; Amazon AWS; Sparks Group Inc. staffing agency; Wegmans Food Markets; and B.F. Saul Company.
In addition to employment opportunities, the job fair has included workforce development and nonprofit resources provided by organizations such as Loudoun County’s Workforce Resource Center and the INOVA Partnership for Healthier Kids.
“If your company is hiring, don’t miss out on a great opportunity to recruit qualified candidates,” says Supervisor Saines. More than 200 job seekers have attended the fair in previous years.
