Shop Manager

  • Lead the team in daily operations of the shop and foster a productive team atmosphere
  • Ensure all staff provides  the optimal Hammer & Nails guest experience
  • Manage shop staff, their work schedules, leave requests, performance, and utilization
  • Handle reporting for payroll reconciliation and time tracking data errors, etc.
  • Oversee and proactively administer the future and real-time client appointment schedule
  • Supervise and manage the inventory of all areas of the shop, monitor and maintain the good working order of all equipment
  • Participate and coordinate efforts related to marketing, outreach, community and shop events, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, social media, etc.
  • Coordinate, run, and attend all management meetings and staff training sessions
  • Respond to all client feedback thru all mediums (Yelp, Google, phone, email, face to face)
