- Lead the team in daily operations of the shop and foster a productive team atmosphere
- Ensure all staff provides the optimal Hammer & Nails guest experience
- Manage shop staff, their work schedules, leave requests, performance, and utilization
- Handle reporting for payroll reconciliation and time tracking data errors, etc.
- Oversee and proactively administer the future and real-time client appointment schedule
- Supervise and manage the inventory of all areas of the shop, monitor and maintain the good working order of all equipment
- Participate and coordinate efforts related to marketing, outreach, community and shop events, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, social media, etc.
- Coordinate, run, and attend all management meetings and staff training sessions
- Respond to all client feedback thru all mediums (Yelp, Google, phone, email, face to face)
