– Oversee all day to day operations for the Procurement, Freight, Warehouse & Installation Divisions.

Hilton Hotels Corporation, World Headquarters – Director-Project Procurement.  Manages the Project Procurement Services team to ensure that FF&E and OS&E products are delivered to the respective hotels on time and on budget. Develops and/or improves processes related to the logistics and administration of project management. Implements technology solutions where applicable for the purpose of improving budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, and accounting practices. Management responsibility for planning, organizing, directing/executing, budget management and timely completion of all Hilton branded property expansions, renovations, and newly constructed FF&E and OS&E project installations. Supervision and management responsibility for multiple Project Supply Managers and Project Coordinators that oversee a minimum of 40-50 projects simultaneously, with a minimum combined budgetary value of $40-50 million.  Serve in a leadership capacity as the liaison and single point of contact among internal and external resources, key stakeholders, and suppliers. Overall management responsibility for the execution of all FF&E and OS&E projects within the team, ensuring that each project is completed on-time and within the contracted budget.  08/2012 to 08/2019.

 

 

 

 

 

Hilton Hotels Corporation, World Headquarters – Senior Project Manager.  Responsible for a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators for Hilton Supply Management Projects Department.  Daily duties include project scope review & pre-proposal process, loading of specifications, execution of purchase orders for up to (10) F.F.&E and OS&E projects in excess of $5M-$10M per manager, expediting of deliveries, project communication, and reconciliation process.  Training, coaching and development of all team members to meet or exceed departmental benchmarks and contribution to global company goals & objectives.  07/07 to 08/2012.

 

OTO Development, LLC – General Manager, Hampton Inn – Cypress, CA.

Responsible for all pre-opening operations and new property set up for 110

room, 3 Diamond Hampton Inn.    Managed pre-opening expenses for labor, operating supplies, and F&B within budget, negotiated local service contracts for pool & landscaping and successfully achieved opening timeline objectives for staff recruiting, training and Hilton Corp./Hampton Brand Quality Assurance Standards.  Consistently maintained SALT scores +10 – 15% above brand average and achieved post opening Quality Measurement of 98.3% overall.  11/05 to 07/07.
